1- The most Recent 3 months of credit card processing statements from the processor.
NOTE: (This is the actual statements individually and not on a spreadsheet)

2- Copy of the managing director’s (the signer), government issued ID, Drivers License, Passport, etc.
NOTE: (The ID presented must be of the management responsible for signing)

3- The last 2 years of full financial statements and tax records.

4- Copy of voided check or bank statement.
