Multi-lender platform consisting of over 30 lenders that provides approvals to individuals with credit scores as low as 500 and for amounts up to $100,000.

Applications are submitted through loan page/application link customized for business. Maximum terms of 144 months. Interest rates start at 5.99% (subject to market conditions and credit criteria). Funds are funded directly to the borrower, typically within three business days. No impact on consumer's credit to submit application (soft credit pull only). No collateral required. One application is instantly submitted to multiple lenders. Platform consists of both loans and quick access lines of credit. The number of lenders in the platform available to a consumer will vary by state and other loan criteria. Flexxbuy supports loan application from submission through funding. Cost to Business: 4.9% of funded loan or invoiced amount collected by business, whichever is lower, deducted from the business approximately 10 days after the loan is funded (if business does not complete the sale, there is no fee).

Business Criteria: Business is subject to qualifying for the program. In general, business revenue of $1 million annual is required. Cost to Business:

* An annual servicing fee of 6% of the total (collected monthly)
* Business is charged a one-time transaction fee of 2% plus $99 that is deducted from the customer's down payment

Here's how it works:

1. The initial payment (down payment and account setup fee) is collected by the Administrator immediately following the e-signing by the applicant.
2. After the payment clears, within a few days, the merchant is ACH'd the down payment less the "transaction fee".
3. The date of e-signing determines whether the applicant will have their monthly payments taken out on the 1st of the month or the 16th. For instance, if an e-sign happened on 8/14th , their first payment would be due on 9/16. If e-sign happened on the 8/26, their first payment would be 10/1.
4. When the payment is drafted on the 1st or 16th, the Administrator waits for it to clear and then enter it in the system. It will show up as a cleared payment in the merchants reporting .
5. On the 16th of each month, the system generates the monthly report and emails it to the merchant the 8/16 monthly report will include all amounts owed and paid from 7/16 - 8/15. The merchant can log in at any time and see, real-time, payments owed and paid as of that date .
6. Around the 20th of each month, the merchant will be ACH'd the amount owed as specified in the report sent on the 16th less the service fee.

In the event of default, the business puts in a claim and provides invoice, personal id of the customer and proof that the service has been completed. The business has to be considered active, which means they submit one contract per month. There is a 10% fee deducted from each payment made on behalf of a defaulted customer. In addition, there is a $30 contract cancellation fee.
